Mr. ISHIDA, 3rd year student of Fine Arts Department, SEISA Dohto University, made his art work “Under the Same Sky" was awarded the Grand Prize (Overall) in the 19th 'Northern Territories Day' Poster Contest" sponsored by Hokkaido.
