Remarkable Achievement! Gymnastics Team of SEISA Junior High School Won their First National Championships and Became the Best in Japan!

Gymnastics team of SEISA junior high school took part in National Junior High School Gymnastics Championships which was held at Kanagawa Prefectural Sports Center from Thursday, August 19th, 2021, to Saturday, August 21th, 2021. They accomplished the splendid feat of winning women’s team competition, and Sara YAMAGUCHI won the women’s individual all-around. Team SEISA won their first national championships and became the best in Japan.

Usually, each team composed of four members for team competition, and the score of top three members will be reflected. However, team SEISA won the competition with only three members.
Each member made a significant contribution and embody SEISA’s strength to perform well under pressure.

All the staff of SEISA, including junior high school students, high school students, and top SEISA athletes embody the motto “Do, See, Support” as we strive to realize a KYOSEI society through sports. We look forward to your continued support of SEISA’s athletes.
