20,000 People Connect with SAAB! Bridging Africa, Asia, Japan, and the Future!

Under clear and pleasant weather, the sixth SEISA Africa Asia Bridge 2020 was held under the theme of "Chkei – To Know and To be Connected".

At each of the venues across the country, six online channels were created and implemented, while careful measures were taken against Covid-19.

We had a total of six (6) embassies in Africa and Asia, UNDP (New York), Yankin University of Education (Myanmar), and JICA Yokohama in Japan, with a total of 9 embassies in addition to Japan, and a total of 20,000 people including students and their families studying with SEISA across the country. We also received a very powerful message from the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture, Mr. Kuroiwa.

There were many memorable moments, including presentations by junior and senior high school students from across the country about African and Asian countries and the UN's SDGs, as well as presentations by top athletes and Paralympian who shared their experiences and stories of how they interacted with the world through sports, and a message for the future at the finale.

We also received many compliments for our online video streaming led by students of SEISA Kokusai Hachioji.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who cooperated with us. Thank you, and we also look forward to working with even more of you in the coming year to build future of the SEISA Africa Asia Bridge with lots of new and exciting possibilities.

Videos of the day's events can be watched on the SAAB homepage.
